A method of rejuvenescence for rapeseed meal detoxification strains of Aspergillus sp. was reported. The strains with higher detoxification rate were obtained by using potato dextrose agar plates containing isothiocyanate. A feed additive was effective in reducing the isothiocyanate and oxazolidinethione contents in fermented or nonfermented rapeseed meals.
