摘要

本文从生态规划的角度研究划分了湛江东海岛工业区邻近海域的数个需重点保护的海洋生态保护区，明确了保护目标．探讨了海岛工业区不同的污水排放方案对海洋生态存在的可能影响并对其生态损益作了比较．最后提出相应的保护对策

Abstract

From the views of marine eco planning

several ecological reserves which had to be protected critically in the neighbouring bay of Donghai Island Industrializing Zone were studied and determined .By ascertaining the protected objectives

ecological effects on marine areas of different discharging projects of wastewater in the Industrializing Zone were analyzed

and the ecological benefit cost of wastewater discharge on the waters was also compared.Finally

this paper proposed the related measures for protecting the reserves further.
