复合薄膜。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射
紫外可见光谱等材料表征方法研究La
2
O
3
掺杂对TiO
2
薄膜的结构及抗凝血性能的影响。结果表明:La
2
O
3
掺杂促使TiO
2
晶粒沿金红石相(110)晶面择优生长,能细化TiO
2
纳米晶粒的大小,使薄膜的光学带隙由2.85 eV提高到3.2 eV。血小板粘附实验表明La
2
O
3
掺杂的TiO
2
复合薄膜具有优良的血液相容性能;分析了复合薄膜的抗凝血机理。
TiO
2
and La
2
O
3
doped TiO
2
films were deposited by means of the RadioFrequency magnetron sputtering technique. The influences of doping La
2
O
3
on the microstructure
optical properties and blood compatibility of TiO
2
film were investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD)
scanning electron microscopy (SEM)
UVvisible optical absorption spectroscopy and tests of platelet adhesion
respectively.Results show that doping La
2
O
3
is beneficial to the preferential growth of the (110) plane of rutile phase and can refine grain size of TiO
2
resulting in an increase of optical band gap from 2.85 to 3.2eV. The quantity and morphology of the adherent platelets on the surface of samples indicated that La
2
O
3
doped TiO
2
film is potentially useful biomaterials with good blood compatibility. The mechanism of haemocompatibility of TiO
2
film doped La
2
O
3
was analyzed and discussed.
