A correcting method was described to improve the accuracy of line structuredlight measurement system. According to the errors between the actual object spots calibrated and the object spots calculated from the calibration approach
the database of cameras pixelobjecterror is established by interpolation. The result of measurement can be corrected by using the database. Tsais calibration and polynomial fitting were used in the experiments
and the results are corrected by the method and analyzed. The experiments show that the correcting method is effective and applicable to a variety of calibration methods and the precision is suitable for the requirement of measurement.
