摘要

大宝山尾矿库向下游排放的尾矿水为酸性水，其pH值低至2.5~3.5， Cd

、Pb

、Zn

和SO

等离子含量高，对下游生态会继续造成严重污染。利用9K培养基从大宝山酸性矿山废水中分离出了氧化亚铁硫杆菌，并对其生长性能作了初步研究。在分离培养过程中生成了黄钾铁矾沉淀。黄钾铁矾的生成是溶液pH值下降的主要原因。实验还表明，在pH为2.0~2.5的9K培养基培养10 d后，酸性矿山废水的Cd

、Cu

、Pb

、Zn

等重金属离子含量较高，pH为3.0时降低。

Abstract

The acid main drainage (AMD) in Dabaoshan mine is of extreme low pH values (pH=2.5～3.5) and high concentrations of ions such as Cd

and SO

which causes serious pollution of its downstream ecology. A strain of

Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans

was isolated from the AMD and its growth properties were preliminarily studied. During the isolation of the strain

jarosite formed. The formation of jarosite results in the decrease of pH value of the solution. An experiment showed that concentrations of heavy metal ions such as Cd



 and Zn

in the AMD cultured with 9K media of pH 2.0～2.5 are higher than those with 9K medium of pH 3.0.
