摘要

以逐步宽容约束(GECM)方法为基础

构建多目标线性规划模型

以社会、经济和生态效益为系统约束

设置涉及土地面积、土地利用结构、宏观计划、资源及技术约束等8个方面的GECM约束条件

对广州市花都区土地利用结构进行优化配置研究

研究表明花都区2008年的用地水平接近2020年合理用地的规模

研究结果可为花都研究区土地资源合理利用提供建议。

Abstract

Adjustment of land-use structure is essential to land-use planning

which is of great importance to promote intensive

efficient and sustainable utilization of urban land resources. Using the Gradual Easy Constraint Method(GECM)

a multi-objective programming model was built and solved with the interactive adjustment method. This model aims at social

economic and ecological benefits

in which land area

land-use structure

macro programs

resources and technical are set as GECM constraints. The results show that the level of land in 2008 almost reach the rational demand in 2020. This can provide some useful information for decisionmakers.
