结合对我国风电场装机容量的现状分析,指出风电场装机容量的确定受政策及主观因素影响较大,缺乏有效的技术手段支持。提出了一种装机容量估算的思路,即:以控制风电场平均尾流损失为目标,由风能资源决定风机排布,继而由风机排布来估算装机容量。为此,基于风机风能利用效率相近的特点,通过引入参考风机并进行尾流试验,给出了在不同风速下风电场风机的推荐排布方式,根据风机额定功率与直径平方的关系,得出了一定技术安装高度上单位面积区域内装机容量的估算方法。结合我国风能资源评估国家标准,给出了对应不同风功率密度等级的场址区域,其50 m高度上单位面积可装机容量的推荐值。提出的估算方法可为风电场建设前期进行装机规模的确定提供参考。
Based on the statistic analysis of the installed capacity of built wind farm in China
it is pointed out that the determination of wind farm capacity is mainly affected by political and subjective factors because of lacking technical support. A way of estimating wind farm capacity
ie. considering wake loss
first determining the array of wind turbine generators under the given wind energy resource is presented
then estimating the capacity is determined when the array of wind turbine generators. To do this
the power efficiency of different wind turbines is analyzed
while the concept of reference wind turbine and carries out wake loss experiments using reference wind turbine is introduced. By controlling the average wake loss of wind farm
the array of wind turbines under difference wind velocities is recommended. Using the relationship between the rated power and square of diameter of wind turbine generator
it gives the recommend installation capacity at 50 m height for areas with different wind power density level. The method can provide a reference for determining the installation capacity of wind farm during the early stage of wind farm construction.
