摘要

用微分电滞回线谱分析方法研究了钛酸锶钡Ba

（BST）陶瓷圆片的铁电极化疲劳效应，发现其疲劳过程可以分成三个阶段，当反转次数在10

次时出现老化效应，反转10

-10

时出现疲劳效应，反转10

次以上则样品完全疲劳，铁电性几乎消失。

ferroelectric ceramics has been measured. It is found that the polarization fatigue in BST ceramics can be divided into three stages. The first stage when reversal number

is between 10

to 10

is dominated by aged effects. In the second stage where

is from 10

to10

fatigue effect appears. In the third stage when

is larger than 10

the sample is almost totally fatigued and can not be considered as a ferroelectrics.
