The problem of decentralized static output feedback control for a nonlinear interconnected system which is composed by a number of TakagiSugeno (TS) fuzzy bilinear subsystems with interconnections is presented. Based on the Lyapunov criterion
some sufficient stabilization conditions are derived for the whole closeloop fuzzy interconnected systems. The stabilization conditions are further formulated into linear matrix inequalities (LMI) so that the corresponding decentralized controllers can be easily obtained by using the Matlab LMI toolbox. Finally
a simulation example shows that the approach is effective.
