energy costs and environmental costs were used as indicators for the development of comprehensive index evaluation model. Paramics and CMEM model were used as the basic tools for simulating the scenarios of different flow levels. Yield-regulated control mode
roundabout mode and signal control mode were simulated in each condition and evaluated respectively. The results show that the proportion of energy cost is the highest in the total economic cost
and the economic cost of yieldregulated control mode in low flow level is the lowest while the total cost of signal control mode is lower than the others in middle or high flow levels.
