昆虫的能源物质在其抵御不良环境时发挥着重要作用,为探明药材甲Stegobium paniceum和烟草甲Lasioderma serricorne幼虫在CO
2
处理下对能源物质的利用差异,本研究采用不同φ(CO
2
)(10%、30%、50%、70%和90%)对其分别胁迫2、4、6、8 h后,测定其体内多糖、可溶性蛋白质及脂肪等能源物质的含量变化,比较了两种昆虫幼虫对不同能源物质的利用率。结果表明,同一φ(CO
2
)胁迫下随着时间的延长,或者相同胁迫时间下随着φ(CO
2
)的升高,两种昆虫幼虫的能源物质含量均逐渐降低。在φ(CO
2
)=90%条件下,两种昆虫幼虫的各能源物质含量均最低,药材甲幼虫的多糖、可溶性蛋白质及脂肪含量分别为13.75,165.42和37.25 μg/头;烟草甲幼虫分别为14.87,176.14和38.49 μg/头。不同φ(CO
2
)条件下,两种昆虫幼虫对不同能源物质具有相似的利用规律,均为多糖
>
脂肪
>
可溶性蛋白质,且随着φ(CO
2
)的升高,其利用率显著降低。相同φ(CO
2
)条件下,两种昆虫幼虫对可溶性蛋白质的利用率无显著差异,但药材甲对多糖和脂肪的利用率均显著低于烟草甲。因此φ(CO
2
)显著影响药材甲和烟草甲幼虫体内的多糖、可溶性蛋白质及脂肪等能源物质,CO
2
气调保存中药产品过程中可通过影响这些昆虫生理指标达到控制害虫的目的。
Energy substances played an important role in adversity resistance of insects. In order to clarify the difference of energy substances utilization rates in the larvae of Stegobium paniceum and Lasioderma serricorneunder CO
2
exposure
the contents of polysaccharide
soluble protein and lipid in larvae of these two species were determined after their exposure to CO
2
for 2
4
6
8 h under different CO
2
concentrations (10%、30%、50%、70% and 90%). In addition
the utilization rates of the energy substances in insects were also determined after they were exposed to the different CO
2
concentrations until dead. The results showed that the content of energy substances decreased with increasing CO
2
concentration under the same exposure time or extension of exposure time under the same CO
2
concentration. The content of energy substances were the lowest in both of the two species after these insects were exposed to 90% CO
2
for 8 h
and the content of polysaccharide
soluble protein and lipid in S. paniceum were 13.75
165.42 and 37.25 μg/insect
respectively
which were 14.87
176.14 and 38.49 μg/insect in L. serricorne. Both of the two species performed a similar utilization to the three kinds of energy substances after each CO
2
exposure until dead
with the order of polysaccharide
>
lipid
>
soluble protein
and the utilization rates decreased significantly with the CO
2
concentration increase. Furthermore
there was no significant difference in the soluble protein utilization between the two species
but the utilization rates of polysaccharide and lipidin S. paniceum was significantly higher than that of L. serricorne. The results showed that the CO
2
concentration had significant influences on the energy substances of polysaccharide
soluble protein and lipid in Stegobium paniceum and Lasioderma serricorne larvae
thus we could use CO
2
treatments to affect the physiological index of insects for pest control in the Chinese medicinal materials protection.
