      摘要:Myostatin (Mstn), also known as gdf-8 (growth differentiation factor 8), participates in the growth and development of animals by negatively regulating the proliferation and differentiation of muscle tissue. The myostatin of some fishes has two or more genotypes and the temporal and spatial expression characteristics of these genotypes are unique, and might regulate the growth and development of other tissues such as brain and gonads. In addition, the function and mechanism of fish myostatin are similar to other animals, such as affecting myoblasts by delaying cell cycle. This paper summarizes the research progresses of fish myostatin from the aspects of structure, expression, function and action mechanism, and discusses its application and research prospect together with modern biological technology, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the further study of fish growth and development mechanism.

      摘要:To compare and evaluate the quality and accuracy of soil moisture data of SMOS (soil moisture and ocean salinity) and SMAP (soil moisture active passive) remote sensing products, using the actual measurement of 261 stations from three types of stations in the United States, i.e., CRN (climate reference network), SCAN (soil climate analysis network), and SNOTEL (snowpack telemetry network), the different influencing factors that affect the performance were explored from the perspectives of the whole and the individual sites. The results show that: 1) When the two satellite remote sensing moisture products are evaluated as a whole or according to sites, SMAP performs better than SMOS. 2) The accuracy of the same soil moisture product varies greatly under different land cover types; different soil moisture products have different responses to the same land cover type. 3) The temperature and precipitation changes under seasonal changes, which affect the accuracy of satellite inversion. 4) The terrain and altitude changes also cause changes in the inversion level of satellite products. As the altitude increases, the accuracy of satellite observations decreases. In general, there is still some difference between the soil moisture directly obtained from satellite observation and the station data. In the future, we should further improve the accuracy of satellite observation data.

      摘要:The complex network theory is used to analyze the structural complexity of the global international aviation network, and the internal structural characteristics of the global international aviation network are analyzed with the community structure theory by using the Newman fast algorithm to identify and divide cities in the network. The results show that the degree and the distribution of the global international aviation network have spatial differences; the average path length is short and the clustering coefficient is large; the absolute and relative gaps of tight centrality are small; the intermediate centrality distribution function is a power function. Cities in the network are divided into 18 communities with great scale differences. Cities with close geographical locations are more likely to form the same community, but some cities also show long-distance interaction. The boundaries of communities on all continents are distinct, while many boundaries are fuzzy and various inside Europe. It indicates that the global international aviation network has the characteristics of "scale-free network" and "small-world network", and the network is dominated by a small number of high degree value cities, with strong aggregation and high global efficiency. A few cities assume the main intermediary function, and most cities have almost no transit capacity. There is significant heterogeneity in the scale of community networks, and the distribution of community networks has obvious characteristics of geographical clusters, but the geographical proximity of cities may not be closely connected. Large groups have better internal connectivity, while small groups have higher internal network density. The international aviation market structure on all continents is stable, while Europe has not yet formed a stable aviation connection.

      摘要:Road section speed of navigation platform and GPS speed of floating car are common sources of road speed data. Using one of the data alone for related research will have problems such as low coverage of real-time update data, unstable data quality and so on. Therefore, a real-time dynamic weight data fusion method based on data reliability is proposed, which fuses the navigation platform road section speed and floating car GPS speed. Before the two kinds of data fusion, space and time are synchronized, and different data reliability evaluation algorithms are designed for the navigation platform road section data and floating car GPS data. Then, the real-time updated navigation platform road section speed and floating car GPS speed are fused based on data reliability to get the final road section speed. The experimental results show that: the average time granularity data updating network coverage rate of navigation platform road section data and GPS road section data are 60.32% and 33.43% respectively, the fusion data based on data reliability is 74.29%, and the average error of road section speed is reduced to 3.82 km/h, which are better than navigation platform road section speed, GPS road section speed and data fusion speed according to fixed weight.

      摘要:The end trajectory tracking accuracy of the motor-driven 2-TPR/2-TPS parallel mechanism under traditional PID control is low due to load changes.Therefore, a double closed-loop control combining servo motor speed loop fuzzy PID control and position loop P control is proposed.Based on the trajectory planning of the end of the moving platform and the analysis of the branch chain driving torque, the switching PID controller and the incremental adaptive fuzzy PID controller for the variable load system are designed, and the Electronics-Multibody joint simulation control system based on SIMSCAPE is built.A comparative analysis of the displacement error of the end trajectory of the moving platform and the driving branch chain under the three control strategies is carried out. The simulation results show that for the variable load characteristics of the 2-TPR/2-TPS parallel mechanism, the trajectory tracking accuracy of the moving platform under the variable PID control strategy is higher. Compared with the segmented PID control, the adaptive fuzzy PID control has better dynamic performance and higher end trajectory tracking accuracy.

      摘要:Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) can promote the efficiency of phytoremediation, but most studies have concerned on single PGPR strain and knowledge of the effects of co-inoculating multiple strains is still lacking. This study explored whether, and if so how, consortia of PGPR with complementary traits can increase phytoremediation efficiency. Hybrid Pennisetum (Pennisetum americanum × P. purpureum) seeds were inoculated with 1-3 Cu tolerant PGPR strains with N2-fixing or 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase-producing ability, and the treatments’ effects on seed germination, seedling growth and Cu uptake were assessed in a range of conditions. Our results showed that the PGPR strains promoted both seed germination and seedling growth, and the effects were stronger under the high-Cu conditions. Hybrid Pennisetum is quite tolerant to Cu and its root-to-shoot translocation factor of Cu is lower than 0.1. PGPR inoculation further decreased the translocation factor. Co-inoculation of multiple strains enhanced both the stimulation effects on plant growth and the inhibition effects on translocation factor. Our results suggest that co-inoculation of 2-3 PGPR strains with complementary plant growth promoting traits can enhance the phytoremediation efficiency of hybrid Pennisetum, and hybrid Pennisetum is an excellent candidate plant for phytostabilization of Cu mine tailings.

      摘要:Egg storage for fertilization and seed production has great significance in aquaculture. Giant grouper (Epinephelus lanceolatus) is an economically important aquaculture species in China, and its fertilized eggs are much expensive. In this study, we tried to develop an in vitro egg storage system in this species. Storage conditions such as medium, temperature and pH were experimentally investigated. Results showed that eggs stored in L-15 medium (pH=8.1) at 22 ℃ for 2 h showed a relatively high fertilization rate (66.4%) and a hatching rate (47.9%). With supplementation of giant grouper serum and vitamin premix into L-15 medium, the storage time was prolonged and eggs still retained a relatively high viability. The fertilization and hatching rates from eggs stored for 8 h were 64.4% and 44.8%, respectively. This optimized short-term egg storage system would facilitate breeding practice and hatchery management in giant grouper.

      摘要:In this paper, we establish an adsorption process model considering particle size distribution based on the population balance model to analyze the effects of particle size distribution of spherical activated carbon adsorbent on its adsorption performance. By comparing the prediction results of using particle size distribution and average particle size, it is proved that the influence of particle size distribution is significant. The adsorption amount predicted based on average particle size is lower than that based on particle size distribution in the early stage of adsorption and gets higher when it is close to equilibrium. It shows that ignoring the influence of particle size distribution will cause underestimation of the required time to reach expected adsorption amount. In the studied case the time taken to reach 97% of the equilibrium amount is underestimated by 13.9%. When it is required to accurately predict the performance of adsorbent, the influence of particle size distribution needs to be considered.

      摘要:The secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp. (HNY16-5B), isolated from the leaves of the mangrove plant Sonneratia apetala, were studied. The strain was fermented and cultured with czapek′s medium, and then subjected to silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, and recrystallization. Five dimerxanthones: asperpyrones B (1), fonsecinone A (2), aurasperone A (3), asperpyrones A (4) and dianhydroaurasperone C (5) were identified using modern spectroscopy techniques such as MS and 1D, 2D NMR, and comparing with literature data. The single crystal of compound 2 was successfully obtained by culturing, whose axial chirality was further confirmed to S by single-crystal X-Ray diffraction experiment using Cu Kα radiation. By comparing the CD spectra, it was determined that the axial chirality of compounds 1-5 were S.

      摘要:The study investigated the diversity of endophytic fungi in the roots, stems and leaves of the medicinal plant Anemarrhena asphodeloides and the antimicrobial activity of their secondary metabolites provide references for discovering new potent antimycotics against opportunistic pathogenic yeasts and dermatophytes. Samples of roots, stems and leaves of 5 healthy wild A. asphodeloides plants were collected from the Taihang Mountain in Hebei Province. The endophytic fungi of A.asphodeloides were isolated by tissue block isolation method,and were identified by morphological and molecular biological methods.The antimicrobial activity of opportunistic pathogenic yeasts and dermatophytes of endophytic fungi were studied by the agar diffusion and mycelial growth inhibition methods, respectively. A total of 438 isolates of endophytic fungi were isolated from A. asphodeloides tissues,these isolates belong to 23 genera. The colonization rate of the endophytic fungi in the roots, stems and leaves were 99.33%, 74.00% and 47.33% respectively. Fusarium(60.29%)and Setophoma(33.97%)were the dominant genera in the roots, Fusarium(91.50%)and Clonostachys(7.19%)were the dominant genera in the stems, and Fusarium(35.53%)and Alternaria (14.47%)were the dominant genera in the leaves. The Shannon diversity index shows that the species diversity in leaves is the highest, followed by roots and stems. The antibacterial results of 30 representative strains by performing fermentation broth showed that: 96.77%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 3.33% and 3.33% of the isolated endophytic fungi had inhibitory activity against Microsporum canis, Trichophyton rubrum, Trichosporon mucoides, Malassezia furfur and Candida albicans, respectively. Among them, the strain ZMR35 has a strong inhibitory activity against four kinds of superficial fungi. The inhibition rates of the fermentation broth of strain ZML33 against Microsporum canis, Trichophyton rubrum, Trichosporon mucoides were all higher than 70%. The results indicated that the species diversity of A. asphodeloides endophytic fungi was rich and the colonization of these species showed tissue specificity. Two of the strains ZMR35 and ZML33 exhibited significant inhibitory effects on a variety of superficial pathogenic fungi in vitro. Our results indicate that the secondary metabolites produced by the endophytic fungi of A. asphodeloides can be used as natural drug candidates for the treatment of superficial mycosis.

      摘要:The extraction yield of hemp extract, cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) contents were used as evaluation indexes to investigate the effects of solvent extraction, enzyme assisted extraction, ultrasonic assisted and high shear assisted on the preparation of cannabinoids and the composition of cannabinoid was also analyzed by ultra-performance liquid mass spectrometry(UPLC). The difference of the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering functions of cannabinoid extract from hemp prepared by the above four extraction methods was further compared and analyzed in vitro. The results showed that the ultrasonic assisted extraction method had the best effect of cannabinoid, and the yield of hemp extract was 7.06%, wCBD in the extract was 283.04 mg/g. THC was not detected in the extract. UPLC was used to detect the hemp extract prepared by four methods. Among them, ultrasound-assisted method contained 8 kinds of cannabinoids, and wCBD in the extract was the highest. Hypoglycemic lipid-lowering in vitro test results showed that, with the increase of cannabinoid extract concentration, four kinds of extraction methods of preparing cannabinoid hypoglycemic lipid-lowering effect were significantly improved. Comprehensive analysis of test results showed that ultrasonic assisted preparation of cannabinoid extract hypoglycemic lipid-lowering effect is best, among which, alpha glycosidase enzyme inhibition rate of IC50 value concentration was 0.20 mg/mL, the IC50 value of α-amylase was 0.50 mg/mL, the IC50 value of sodium cholate binding rate was 4.88 mg/mL, the IC50 value of sodium glycocholate binding rate was 8.64 mg/mL, and the IC50 value of sodium taurocholate binding rate was 12.14 mg/mL. The results of this study would provide references for the preparation of hemp leaf cannabinoid and its application in regulating blood glucose and lipid.

      摘要:The study investigated the effect of water molecule (cluster) and aqueous solvent on S-proline (Pro) divalent copper complex (S-Pro·Cu(II))enantiomerization under the gas phase using the methods of M06 and MN15 based on density functional theory combining with self-consistent reaction field of SMD model.The results showed that gas phase Cu2+ and carbonyl O monodentate ligand is the most stable. The enantiomerization of S-Pro•Cu(Ⅱ) can be realized in 5 channels a, b, c, d and e. In channel a, b and c α-H transfers directly with O, Cu and N as a bridge respectively. After Cu and carbonyl O are bidentately coordinated α-H transfers with O and O and N unite as a bridge in channel c and d(α-H transfers with Cu as a bridge, it is hydrogen anion migration. The other is hydrogen proton migration). The potential energy surface calculation shows that the dominant pathways of the enantiomerization of isolated S-Pro•Cu(Ⅱ) are pathways b and c, and the activation energy of the reaction is 153.4 and 160.3 kJ·mol-1 respectively. The dominant pathway is channel c in the water vapor phase environment, and the activation energy of the reaction is 143.7 kJ·mol-1. Channel b is the most disadvantaged, and the enantiomerization in this channel cannot be achieved. The activation energy of channel c drops to 89.9 kJ·mol-1 under the effect of aqueous solvent. The results show that Pro•Cu(Ⅱ) can maintain its chiral characteristics well in the gas phase, and is easy to be enantiomerized in the water vapor phase.

      摘要:The new carbon nitride fluorescent developer material can be prepared by the polymerization of cyanuric acid and melamine in different proportions. The powder spraying method was used to study the fingerprint development effect under different conditions in detail. The results show that the optical performance of the resulted sample is stable and strong, which is better than those prepared by traditional methods. Notably, when the raw material ratio is 1∶5, the fluorescence intensity is the strongest. For its property of fingerprint identification, papillary lines and detailed features of fingerprint can be clearly displayed in darkroom and also in daylight, and its ability of fluorescent material is suitable for most common objects. Moreover, a relatively stable development effect of this fluorescent agent was maintained under a continuous irradiation with 365 nm UV lamps for 240 min, and this fluorescent agent can even show the fingerprints left for 20 days.

      摘要:This paper focuses on the numerical solution method of the van der Pol equation with fractional differential operators. In this paper, a discretization scheme based on the Adams discretization is proposed for Caputo fractional derivative. Then, a complete iterative scheme is constructed based on the Newmark-β method. Finally, the numerical solution of the nonlinear discretization equation is obtained by Newton-Raphson iteration. In the numerical examples, the numerical responses of van der Pol systems with fractional order 0<α<1 and 1<α<2 are discussed respectively. Moreover, the comparison between the proposed method and the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is also discussed. The results proved that the proposed numerical scheme is also suitable for integer-order differential systems.

      摘要:Mosquito-borne diseases are infectious diseases transmitted by mosquitoes, including dengue fever, Zika and malaria. A new way to control and prevent mosquito-borne infectious diseases is to use the endosymbiotic bacterium Wolbachia to interrupt the transmission of the pathogen. A new ordinary differential equation model is established to study the transmission of Wolbachia in mosquito population. By using the qualitative theory of ordinary differential equations, the nonnegativity and boundedness of solutions of the model are proved, and the existence condition of the equilibrium points is given. The globally asymptotic stability of the equilibrium is obtained in different situations. The conditions of Wolbachia successfully invading wild mosquito population are discussed. In special case for parameters, the threshold for initial values of Wolbachia invasion is given, which provides a new strategy for releasing mosquitoes carrying Wolbachia. Finally, main conclusions are verified by numerical simulation.

      摘要:By modeling the space of projective measured laminations in the cotangent space to Teichmüller space via hyperbolic length functions and extremal length functions, we associate two classes of linear structures to the space of measured laminations.We prove that both of these two linear structures are rigid: the induced linear structures on different Riemann surfaces are different.

      摘要:The uniqueness of the shortest path representation of an undirected double-loop network is characterized,and a necessary and sufficient condition for an optimal undirected double-loop network which has the shortest path representation is given. Finally, it is proven that for a class of optimal undirected double-loop networks which have the shortest path representation, its strong rainbow connection number is greater than or equal to the diameter of the network plus 1.

      摘要:Let H be an infinite dimensional separable complex Hilbert space and BH the algebra of all bounded linear operators on H. An operator TBH is said to satisfy Browder’s theorem if σwT=σbT, where σwT and σbT denote the Weyl spectrum and the Browder spectrum of T, respectively. With the help of a newly defined spectral set, we give new judgment methods for linear bounded operators and their functions to obey Browder’s theorem.

      摘要:A new class B* of 3-dimensional functions is introduced and a B*-implicit contractive condition of mappings is given. Then the existence of unique common fixed points for two self-mappings on a nonempty set with two different metrics under the continuity or non-continuity of the given mappings and the completeness or non-completeness of the given metric spaces is obtained.The unique common fixed point theorems of an infinite family of non-continuous self-mappings is also given. Finally, two examples to verify the correctness of the obtained theorems are given. The obtained results generalize and improve some known results, for example, Banach contraction principle, Chatterjea-type (common) fixed point theorem and the corresponding (common) fixed point theorems.

      摘要:The positive integer solutions of the Jeśmanowicz’ conjecture on Pythagorean triples are studied. By using some methods of number theory,under some conditions,for any positive integer n, the Diophantine equation (an)x+(bn)y=(cn)z has no positive integer solutions other than x=y=z=2, when (a,b,c)=(2k+1,2k(k+1),2k(k+1)+1), where k is a positive integer. The result is still the confirmation of Jeśmanowicz’ conjecture.
