摘要:An efficient algorithm of twodimensional transient heat conduction equation is presented for laminate structure, including singlemedia and multimedia. Firstly the transient heat conduction equation is discretized uniformly (for singlemedia) or uniformly on each media (for multimedia) along the space axis and then changed into ordinary differential initial value problem (ODIVP) about the time 〖WTBX〗t〖WTBZ〗. The Laplace differential operator is discrete into block tridiagonal matrix which is changed into block diagonal form. The precise time integration (PTI) is employed in the solution of the ordinary differential initial value problem which is effective for the transient heat conduction problem of laminate structure. The numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the precision, numerical stability and applicability of the proposed method.

摘要:The mixed boundaryvalue problem of Helmholtz equation in a quarterplane is studied by means of a new type transform method introduced by Fokas. The integral representation of the solution in closed form is obtained. The results have conveniences both in asymptotic analysis and numerical calculation.
摘要:A πregular semigroup S is called strictly πregular, if the set of regular elements of S is an ideal of S and is a completely regular subsemigroup of S. We use the notion of a fuzzy congruence relation on semigroups to study some properties of fuzzy congruences on πregular semigroups. Some properties and characterizations of fuzzy congruences on strictly πregular semigroups are given, and the group congruence on such semigroups is obtained. Finally, sufficient and necessary conditions for a fuzzy congruence on a strictly πregular semigroup to be a fuzzy group congruence are proved.

摘要:To suppress the interference in a DSSS system, a transform domain information signal identify (TISI) algorithm is proposed,based on two improved algorithms: Power distributing predominance wavelet packets transform (PDP-WPT) and extend BP neural network (EBPNN). Firstly, PDPWPT is proposed to track the interference signal effectively, improving the convergence rate of this algorithm. Secondly, the information signal can be identified from transform domain coefficients by self-adaptive EBPNN, which has simple structure and enhanced numerical robustness. Based on the math model of the TISL, the formulas for ISR suppression, SNR loss and BER are deduced. Results show that TISI can improve the ISR suppression by 43.8% and 20.8%, reduce the SNR loss by 62.5% and 348% separately compared with traditional algorithms in the condition of same interference input.

摘要:The heteroclinic bifurcation and chaos in Josephson system subjected to an amplitudemodulated force are discussed. By using Melnikov method, the bifurcation conditions of chaotic motion are obtained. The effects of the bifurcation parameters on dynamical behaviors are also studied by using numerical simulations. Numerical simulations including bifurcation diagram of the fixed points, phase portraits, bifurcation diagrams of the system, not only show the consistence with the theoretical analysis but also exhibit the more new complex dynamical behaviors. The results of theoretical analysis and numerical simulations show that the amplitude f and the frequency Ω of the amplitudemodulated force play very important role for dynamics of the system.

摘要:A repairable system with warm standbys and R repairmen with multiple synchronous vacations is studied. At the same time, balking of fault units is also considered. The differentialdifference equations of state probabilities are obtained by Markov process theory, and the exact expression of failure state probability is derived by using matrix theory and inverse of Laplacetransform. Then instantaneous availability and steadystate availability of the system is presented.
摘要:Geocell is a kind of three-dimensinal net support system designed to improve the capability of soil by lateral restrains. It is generally used as superficial reinforcing material to support slope that restricts its application. On the basis of its characteristic, a new reinforcement model of geocell with anti-slide pile is put forward. The reinforcement mechanism of model is analyzed in whose practice areas include lateral restrains, board effect, horizontal friction, anti-pull and Anti-shearing. Then, the geocell reinforced mat can be simplified to be a kind of elastic board. The calculation model of geocell with anti-slide pile is built for solution and the parameters of the model are studied. Finally, the model is applied to actual project to validate its’ applicability.
摘要:The liquid status and rule on the effect of the mechanical ventilation and difference in temperature inside the double curtain wall are researched. And the consecutive and temperature field equations are constituted. In summer, the conversion efficiency of solar energy battery module about the working environment temperature was investigated. The building and photovoltaic battery modules temperature decrease performance by the hot air flow inside the double curtain wall are calculated. Finally, the physical model of energysaving photovoltaic double curtain wall is tested and the calculated results are compared and analyzed.
摘要:PLLA and PHB blend film and cast film were studied by grazing incidence X-ray diffraction. In order to investigate the impact of the addition of PHB on the crystallinity of PLLA of the blend film, blend films of various mixture ratios, molecular weights of PLLA, and thicknesses were prepared. The results were compared with the cast film. It is found that the crystallinity of PLLA in the blend film is increasing sharply with the addition of PHB during thermosetting. The crystallization temperature is lowered dramatically and the melting temperature is raised simultaneously. However this phenomenon was not observed in the bulk, i.e. cast film. Comparing with the PLLA with higher molecular weight, the crystallinity of lower ones is increasing more significantly after blending with PHB.
摘要:Multiwavelet extends traditional scalar wavelet to vector space, and includes all the advantages of the traditional wavelet. Multiwavelet shows the perfect union of symmetry, orthogonally, finitely support and smoothness. As a result, the applications of multiwavelet in image processing have shown great potential. An image coding method of image coding based on EBCOT algorithm and multiwavelet transform was proposed. In this research, a variety of commonlyused multiwavelet bases were used to combine EBCOT algorithm.The experimental result shows that the proposed method is a valuable attempt of image compression.
摘要:For inconsistent decision table, the existing approaches based on D-S evidence theory have to transfer it into consistent one firstly and get a generalized decision reduction. However, the generalized decision reduction is different from algebraic one sometimes. It is proved that generalized decision reduction is just equivalent to assignment reduction whether the table consistent or inconsistent. Under D-S evidence theory, a new approach, which can directly get the algebraic reduction and core attributes for inconsistent decision table, is proposed and its correctness is illustrated with numerical example.
摘要:In order to eliminate premature dead hotspots and energy holes in the wireless sensor networks,it designs a AODV routing protocol with selfadaptability across multi-tiers and energy balance was designed to optimizes the RREQ broadcast process with an extension of RREQ protocol and selectively routing the frames of RREQ protocol by residual power in the node. The result of NS2 simulation indicates that this solution dramatically cuts down the energy consumption during the network transmission to extend the network life circle, while still ensures the network with low latency and high throughput.

摘要:The “Assessment system of work performance and law execution in one network” in public security organs of Guangdong province was introduced. The system integrates the assessment of work performance, the quality of law enforcement, supervision and inspection. It describes in details the system design idea and system logical and functional architectures. Then, it presents the critical steps and key technologies in system realization, such as the construction of the integrated assessment platform, the establishment of assessment index system and the configuration of assessment schemes. Finally, the statistical data in system deployment and application was listed, and revealed the wide application of the system and the sound benefits the system can provide.

摘要:The electrocatalytic degradation of disruptors dimethyl phthalate (DMP), using lacunary heteropolyanion PW11O7-39 as an indirect electrocatalyst, was investigated in this work. The results indicated that 96% of DMP degradation was obtained in less than 120 min in Na2SO4-NaHSO4solution (pH 2.5) containing 0.05 mmol·L-1DMP at the potential of -0.6 V and the O.2 flow rate of 60 mL min-1. A total organic carbon (TOC) removal reached 34% at 120 min. The DMP degradation reaction follows the pseudofirst order kinetic regime and the observed rate constants (k obs) related to the initial DMP concentration were determined to be 2.9×10-27.5×10-3and 4.9×10-3min-1 at the initial DMP concentration of 0.05, 0.2 and 0.3 mmol·L-1respectively.
摘要:Four di-hydroxy derivatives, including methyl ester of erythro-12,13-dihydroxy-10 E octadecenoic acid,erythro-11,12-dihydroxy-9 E octadecenoic acid,erythro-10,11-dihydroxy-12 E octadecenoic acid and erythro-9,10-dihydroxy-11 E octadecenoic acid, were synthesized from methy ester of conjugated linoleic acid by the reaction of CLA methyl ester with SeO2. The products were purified by semi-normalphase highperformance liquid chromatography and their chemical structures were characterized by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR).

摘要:In recent years, Dialkoxyl substituted p phenylene vinylene polymer (PPV) photoluminescent function materials were widely applied in LED(LCD) TV, and computer, electrical equipments and aircraft color LED(LCD) displays. In this work, we used different catalysts to synthesize dialkoxyl substituted PPV photoluminescent function materials intermediate of 4-butyloxyphenol by phase transfer catalytic reaction. 4-Butyloxyphenol was synthesized using hydroquinone and butyl bromine in toluene solvent in the presence of sodium hydrate, by using different phase transfer catalyst. The product's yield was over 90% under the reaction temperature of 60~65 ℃ and the reaction time of 3.0 h. The different catalysts and reaction times were optimized and discussed. The structures of products were characterized by FTIR and NMR spectroscopy.

摘要:The capillary electrophoresis was used for the determination of the content of Geniposide and Crocin inFructus gardeniae. The effective separated components were achieved by using separation voltage 25 kV, injection time 8 seconds and detection potential at 0.86 V in 20 mmol/L TrisHCl buffer condition (pH=8.50). The contents of Geniposide and Crocin in SichuanFructus gardeniaewere determined to be 32.46 mg/g and 8.527 mg/g. The contents of Geniposide and Crocin in ZhejiangFructus gardeniaewere determined to be 26.51 mg/g and 7.028 mg/g. The average recovery ratios of Geniposide and Crocin in SichuanFructus gardeniaewere 99.73% and 99.92%. The average recovery ratios of Geniposide and Crocin in ZhejiangFructus gardeniaewere 99.64 % and 100.2%. A novel method of the quality control of Geniposide and Crocin inFructus gardeniaewas built up.

摘要:In order to identify the function of glyoxalase gene in banana, a full length cDNA of glyoxalase gene named MaGLO 14 had been isolated based on the partial sequence cloned by SSH previously from postharvest banana fruit. MaGLO 14 contained a 1 074 bp ORF and encoded 358 amino acids. NCBI Blastx results showed that the deduced amino acid of MaGLO 14 shared identities of 82%, 83%, 82%, 80%, 82% with Picea sitchensis(ABK22263),Vitis vinifera (CBI23235),Citrus paradisi (CAB09799) , Gossypium hirsutum (ACJ11750),and 〖WTBX〗Ricinus communis(EEF43857), respectively. Tissuespecific expression results indicated that MaGLO 14 constitutively expressed in banana root, stem, leaf, flower and fruit. The expression levels were upregulated under NaCl, chilling and ethepon treatments. The expression levels were downregulated under drought and waterlogging treatments. And the MaGLO 14 transgenic tobacco leaves showed enhanced salt-tolerance.
摘要:In order to establish a method for analyzing the distribution and localization of disulfide in recombinant protein by specific protease digestion combined with MALDITOF/MS. The pET22b (+) prokaryotic system was harnessed to generate recombinant protein of human plasminogen kingle (rhK5) which was purified by Ni2+-NTA resin affinity chromatography. SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis were used to identify the recombinant protein. The disulfide bridging conformation and dimensional structure of rhK5 were predicted by 3DJIGSAW Comparative Modeling Server (UK) and the disulfide bond distribution of rhK5 was confirmed by orthogonal enzymatic digestion and MALDITOF/MS. The secondary structure of rhK5 was analyzed by circular dichroism. Enzymatic digestion and MALDI-TOF/MS analysis demonstrated the presence of disulfide bridges among Cys462Cys541, Cys483Cys524 and Cys512Cys536 in rhK5. Circular dichroism showed that rhK5 adopted the shape characteristic of a β-sheet. Our studies provide methodological basis for analyzing the pairing and distribution of disulfide bond of genetic engineering recombinant proteins.

摘要:Physical damage caused by ovipoistor and chemicals attached on the surface of insects’ eggs are both included in the direct stimulis of insects’ oviposition in the host plants which are the most important factors in inducing a wide range of defesive responses in plants. This article found that compare with feeding and physical treatments, oviposition of Brown Planthopper (BPHNilaparvata lugens(St.l)) can induce the expression of BBPI(Bowman Birk Proteinase Inhibitor) synthetase gene and cause the production of BBPI. Both of the expression levels of BBPI with oviposition treatment after 6 h and 12 h are higher than those of feeding and physical treatments. The results discribed above indicate that as to feeding damage, the rice can react to egg deposition of BPH and induce defensive responses, therefore conctrol the further damage of BPH.
摘要:To observe the brain image and the change of Ca2+ level in live mouse by using twophoton laser scanning confocal microscope. Using craniotomy to expose target area of mouse brain(somatosensory cortex) then injectCa2+sensitive fluorescent indicator,for instance, Oregon Green 488 BAPTA-1 acetoxymethyl. After that, depose the mouse under the twophoton to observe and record. The brain image record by twophoton is clear and vivid .And photograph indicate that by using twophoton confocal can reach deeper area of the brain and record the fast change of Ca2+ in single neuron. The results show that by using multiphoton confocal microscope couple with calcium sensitive fluorescent indicator can get high resolution image of brain of live mouse.
摘要:To characterize class 1 integrons in multi-drug resistant (MDR) P. aeruginosa in an intensive care unit of a teaching hospital. 23 strain of MDR P. aeruginosa recovered from patients in intensive care unit (ICU) were collected during 2008. The gene cassettes and antibiotic susceptibility of the isolates were characterized. All isolates were also subjected to pulsedfield gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Class 1 integrons were detected in 14 isolates (60.9%). Three types of gene cassettes were identified among these strains, including one that has not been reported previously. The vast majority of the cassettes encoded aminoglycoside resistance gene, including aacA4, aadA2, aadB, aac6Ⅱ.Most of isolates were classified into five PFGE patterns, type A (n=6); type B (n=6); type C (n=4); type D (n=2) and type E (n=2).The present study illustrates that integrons appear to be a common feature among MDR P. aeruginosa in Guangzhou of China, and associated with a high prevalence of antibiotic resistance. Our data also suggested that crossinfection of MDR P. aeruginosa was a challenging work in ICU.
摘要:With the rapid economy expansion and urbanization, atmospheric aerosol pollution is getting serious, which leads to a number of visibility degradation events caused by increasing fine particle aerosol. These pollutant emissions from human activities produce haze and cause low visibility. During 23-29 November 2009 , an extremely severe haze process over the Pearl River Delta region was observed, which is one of the worst climate events in the past decade. In this paper, the causes of this particular event were discussed based on weather analysis, flow field analysis, remote sensing analysis, and physical and chemical characteristics of aerosols. This event was characterized by a long duration, a wide range influence and strong strength. Firstly, the event lasted for 7 days, just shorter than that one lasting for 8 days occurred during 3-10 January 2004. Secondly, it enveloped the entire Pearl River Delta, making the visibility of a number of stations less than 1km. Thirdly, the aerosol concentrations based on atmospheric composition monitoring network data showed the largest values since the establishment of the stations, greatly exceeding the coordinate default preset limit.

摘要:Diabatic heating data from NCEP (1 and 2) and ERA40 are compared to analyze the applicability of these data in the Asian region, particularly in the Tibet Plateau(TP) and tropical Asia. In spite of slight difference in vertical integration of total diabatic heating rates from three data sets, the spatial distribution shows good agreement. Seasonal and interannual variability of the mean diabatic heating over TP shows agreement in the magnitude and trend. Particularly, the correlation coefficients of interannual variability of the mean sensible heat flux over TP among three data sets exceed 99% or even 999% confidence level. Therefore, the reanalysis diabatic heating data over Asia, even over TP area, are feasible to a certain extent.

摘要:Inorganic chemical components in rainfall during 2007 and 2009 in the Dinghu Mountain were analyzed in this paper.The results show that acidity has no large change during 2007 and 2009. The pH values are 4.10 and 4.38 in 2007 and 2009 respectively. The most important component is SO2-4with 127.9 μeq/L and 88.8μeq/L in 2007 and 2009 respectively. NO-3concentration is 24.4μeq/L in 2009,which is about a half of that in 2007. NH+4shows little change. The rainfall in the Dinghu Mountain is still the type of sulphate, which is tending to be a mixing type (mixing of sulphate and nitrate). It is also found that NH+4is the most important component for neutalization.

摘要:The research on the residual saturation of a non-wetting phase fluid is one of the main focuses in the field of multiporous media and multiphase flow. The saturationcapillary pressure (S-p) relationships and the residual air saturations were investigated under consecutive dryingwetting cycles in an airwater two-phase sandy medium. Results showed that, when the initial water saturation in the first imbibition process was close to that in the second imbibition process, the residual air saturation of the first imbibition process was also close to that of the second imbibition process. The residual air saturation increased with the increase of the initial water saturation in all the imbibition processes. The magnitude of the residual air saturation in the current imbibition was obviously affected by its former imbibition process. Large differences were also found between the residual air saturations predicted with the Land model and those measured in the column tests. It indicated that the effect of the initial water saturation on the residual air saturation was more significant than that of the circular number of the dryingwetting cycles.
摘要:The runoff time series is characterized by complexity and uncertainty. R/S analysis and multifractal method were used to analyze the data collected from 1954 to 2006 at Shijiao hydrology station of the Beijiang River in this paper.Results show that the Hurst index of Shijiao station is largely higher than 0.5, indicating that the average annual runoff time series has obvious trend components, namely the average annual runoff of the Beijiang River shows obvious durability and longterm memory. According to the V statistical value, the average annual runoff persistence will disappear after 15-20 years. Using the multifractal method, the power spectrum and statistical moment function were analyzed. The average annual runoff of the Beijiang River is of multi-fractal features. These results are important for the runoff forecasting.
