      摘要:An efficient algorithm (Layered Precise Exponential Method, LPEM)of steady heat conduction equation is presented for Functionally Graded Materials (FGMs) Firstly the steady-state heat conduction equation is discretized equidistantly along the thickness direction with the discrete number M and then is changed into analytic Ordinary Differential Boundary Value Problem (ODBVP) Secondly algebraic equations which have almost no discretization error are established from the ODBVP by using of the precise integral relations of the state parameter between adjacent points, and then the recursion formula for elimination is given from upper algebraic equations The results of Layered Precise Exponential Method have both good accuracy and good efficiency when the function of thermal conductivity is constanttype or exponential, and when the function of thermal conductivity is other forms of continuous and smooth function. The method also applies as long as the layered exponential approximation model is adopted.The numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method.

      摘要:The existence of solutions of ForwardBackward Stochastic Differential Equations (FBSDE for short) under linear growth and continuous monotone coefficients is studied, the terminal time T is finite constant and the coefficients are random. By means of approximation of linear continuous function by Lipschitz functions,Yosida approximation of maximal monotone operator and comparison results of Stochastic Differential Equations, the existence of solutions of FBSDE is obtained.

      摘要:Image interpolation is an effective method to magnify image with low resolution to adapt to the target screen. Better the preservation of image edges brings much better magnifying result. A new adaptive image interpolation approach based on geometric classification of interpolate units, which is formed by edges of image with low resolution, is proposed. Firstly, we construct rectangle interpolate units and rhombic interpolate units by the relationship of pixels in image with high resolution. All pixels of the superresolution image lie in the two kinds of interpolate units. Then we analysis possible edges of original images especially along the oblique line and treat edges as the secants of interpolate units to classify every interpolate unit. There are total 16 kinds of interpolate units. At last, we calculate unknown pixels based on the classified interpolate units. Experiments show that our new adaptive image interpolation scheme based on geometric classification can preserve edges of interpolated images better than many present methods.

      摘要:The research of two-dimensional forest dynamics system model is still open.First, for the peculiarity of two-dimensional forest dynamics systems with initial state depending only on total quantity of forest, and boundary condition depending only on initial state again, boundary of system not satisfying one of 3 kinds common conditions, by introducing a class of special family curves in presence region of “stand agediameter”, the problem of boundary conditions is avoided. Secondly, using the technique of selecting measure dimension of lumber diameter properly, a wellposed two-dimensional forest dynamics system model is propounded. At last, colligating the technique of pulling characteristic curve, a prior -estimate, structuring integral equation of initial state, iteration, the existence and uniqueness of the global classical solution are proved for this system.

      摘要:Based on the theory of random vibration, the stationary random seismic response characteristics on long-span arch bridge under different condition of the spatical variable ground motions was investigated, and the influence of seismic response on longspan arch bridge under the local site effect, part of coherent effect and traveling wave effect was analysed, then the influence of the spatical variable ground motions on the long-span arch bridge random seismic response was demonstrated. It is showed that the influence of seismic response on long-span arch bridge is relative with its structure characteristics, position, boundary conditions; Considering the part of coherent effect, the seismic response increases insignificantly, while the seismic response of long-span arch bridge show an increasing trend with the seismic shear wave velocities increasing.

      摘要:There is concrete analysis of the diode's role in solar cell, photovoltaic module and array. Using the Matlab and Simulink tools.According to the simulation model of solar cells, the simulation 〖JP2〗model of photovoltaic module and array is established, and the role of diodes in the solar cell, photovoltaic module and array is analysed and caleulated. And then,the results from diodes which have different conduction voltage and different influence on the output power of photovoltaic module and array is simulated. Calculation results show that the correct choice of diode's conduction voltage is beneficial to improve the output power of photovoltaic module and array.

      摘要:14 wood shear walls and 2 diaphragms were tested. The specimens were made according to common light frame wood engineering practices in China. All the specimens were tested under monotonic load protocol. Finite element analysis was executed to extend study of the shear walls. Furthermore, a method for calculating lateral stiffness based on displacements was provided. The studies verified that the lateral stiffness and strengths of shear walls were proportion to the lengths. The lateral stiffness and strengths of perforated and gypsum board sheathed shear walls were studied, and the methods to improve stiffness and strengths of the walls were compared. The stiffness and strengths of unblocking floor diaphragm were studied. It is found that sheathings of diaphragm transfer shear loads and most moment loads, while the maximum slips of sheathingtoframing joints of diaphragm were found in unblocking edges of sheathings in corner areas. Some other useful conclusions were also obtained in the study.

      摘要:Based on the JahnTeller effect and quantum theory, the JahnTeller effect of Na-3 was studied with using the methods of group theory and symmetry analyses. The vibronic Hamiltonian of the E′e′ JahnTeller system was constructed. The Hamiltonian of the system was separated into two parts using unitary shift transformation, one part is the Hamiltonian of not having phonons excited, and the other part is the Hamiltonian of having phonons excited.The ground states and their energy of the system in each minimum were obtained, and the corresponding excited states and their energy in each minimum were also derived further. It was found that there were four potential energy minima on the potential energy surface of Na3. No matter which minimum the system was in, the original ground energy level of the system was split into two energy levels. The distortion leaded to that the symmetry of Na-3 was lowered to C 2v from D3h and the vibration frequency of system was split. After the distortion, the isotropy of Na-3 was destroyed and its anisotropy should appear.

      摘要:Five dangerous traffic incidents including vehicle retrograding, parking, turning round, reversing, and changing lanes are studied.Object detection, vehicle tracking, incident apprehension and description are used to detect incident automatically based on video. The great emphasis is placed on analyses and researches of the vehicles tracking trajectory. Complicated vehicle trajectory is separated into four elements: ahead, backward, stop, and left or right; then vehicle behavior model is built to analyze vehicles motion based on them. Finally, reasonable algorithms to detect above five traffic incidents are proposed. Experiments show that the normal and the abnormal vehicles can be distinguished, and the five traffic incidents can be detected quickly and effectively by the algorithms.

      摘要:The compositiontunable ZnxCd1-xS compounds were prepared by a facile and mild approach involved in polylol refluxing processes. Their structures were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) analyses. The optical properties of ZnxCd1-xS were studied by UVvis and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The results indicated that the ZnxCd1-xS compounds exhibited as the wurtzite structure and their particle size decreased with the increase of Zn content. The compositiondependence optical properties were observed for all ZnxCd1-xS compounds. Both the absorption and luminescence band systematically shifted from the longer wavelength for CdS to the shorter wavelength for ZnS.

      摘要:TheDLtryptophan (DLTrp) crystal was prepared by the mixed solventthermal method between neodymium carbonate andLtryptophan. The structure was characterized by FTIR, singlecrystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The results indicated that the cyrstallizedDLTrp molecule possessed a centrosymmetric monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a=1.89 08(2) nm, b=0.572 67(11) nm,c=0.930 32(15) nm and Z=4. It showed a threedimensional structure assembled by hydrogen bond of ′C-O-H-N′ interactions. The reasons for changing in configuration and the mechanism of the reaction were investigated by the curves of optical rotation and reaction time. The result indicated the transformation in configuration was a gradual change process. The temperature around 90 ℃ was important for configuration transforming of Trp.

      摘要:N, Cdcodoped TiO2was synthesized by thermolysis method. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and UVvisible diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS) analyses, respectively. The photocatalytic activities of samples were studied on the degradation of methyl orange (MO). The results showed that photacatalysts possessed an anatase crystalline framework with particle sizes of 10~15 nm. N atom was incorporated into the TiO2crystal lattice, while Cd atoms existed on the crystal surface. Doping resulted in the observation of optical absorption edges shifting to the red light. It indicated a strong NCd synergistic interaction appeared to play a decisive role in driving the excellent photoactivity performance of N,Cdcodoped TiO2. Firstprinciples density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed to explore the effect of dopants on electronic and optical properties of N, Cd TiO2. There were impurities states between the valence band and the conduction band, which came from N2p and Cd5s, respectively. The electron on the valence band could transit to the impurity states, and then were migrated secondly to the conduction band in the light irradiation. So the electronic excitation in N, CdTiO2became easier compared to pure TiO2and the absorption edge shifted to the visible light region. It could account for the experimentally observed optical absorption edge of N, CdTiO2shifting toward the lower energies.

      摘要:Spodoptera lituranucleopolyhedrovirus (SpltMNPV) could not infectSpodoptera exigua(Se). To investigate the reason of abortive infection, it was detected the pathology of Se301 cells infected bySpltMNPV using different methods, such as microscope, electron microscope and DAPI (4′,6-Diamidine2′phenylindole dihydrochloride) staining, et al.The results demonstrated that theSpltMNPVinfected Se301 cells had obvious pathologic changes deduced as early apoptosis character, but these infected Se301 cells did not process to late apoptosis namely forming apoptosis bodies. There was no infectious BV and ODV in the Se301 cells infected bySpltMNPV all the time, suggesting that early apoptosis was still one of the limited factors in viral replication cycle.

      摘要:This study investigated the transformation of pleiotropic geneAtCPR5into Zhonghua 11(Oryza sativaL. subsp.japonica) mediated byAgrobacterium tumefaciensand optimized the regeneration system and genetic transformation system. It was showed the induction rate of callus could be increased to 100 % and the period of induction could be shortened under the condition of continuous light and 32 ℃ compared with the condition of dark and 27 ℃. After predifferentiation, the differentiation rate and regeneration rate could be raised to 100 % and 90.50 %, respectively, by adding 5 mg/l 6BA and 1 mg/l NAA in the differential medium. Additionally, the higher transformation efficiency was obtained with the infected concentration ofA.tumefaciensto anA600 of 0.05~0.1, 5 minutes of infection and 3 days of cocultivation by placing a filter moistened with AAI medium. Furthermore, the results of PCR, Southern blot and semi-quantitative RTPCR indicatedAtCPR5gene has been integrated into rice genome with single copy, however, the expression level 5 are different in transgenic plantlets.

      摘要:In order to study the inhibitive effects of combination of Benzoic Acid, Cinnamic Acid and Kojic Acid on tyrosinase of mushroom,the effects of combination inhibitor on diphenolase activity were observed by measuring the oxidation rate of L-dopa. Isobolographic plot and interaction index were employed to evaluate the inhibitors synergistic effects. The results show that in 50% inhibitory rate of enzyme activity the interaction index was 0.42 when combined with Benzoic Acid and Kojic Acid at the ratio 7.5∶1, the index was 0.56 when combined with Cinnamic Acid and Kojic Acid at the ratio 3.8∶1, and the interaction index was 0.18 when combined with Benzoic Acid, Cinnamic Acid and Kojic Acid at the ratio 7.5∶3.8∶1. Inhibitive effects of the combinaion of Benzoic Acid, Cinnamic Acid and Kojic Acid mainly produce synergism, the mixture concentration and mixing ratio have a great influence on the synergistic effects.

      摘要:Two trails were conducted to investigate the effects of interaction of protein and energy levels and that of protein and vitamin B6 on growth and enzyme of protein metabolism of snakeheadChanna argus(initial body weight (10.92±0.42)g). Results of trail 1 indicated that weight gain of the fish increased with the increase of dietary protein level at same dietary energy level, protease specific activity in determined organs also did (P<0.05).Weight gain of the fish increased with the increase of energy from 14.5 MJ/kg to 16.0 MJ/kg, and then declined with the continuous increase of energy level up to 17.5 MJ/kg at same dietary protein level.Dietary protein and energy level significantly influenced glutamatepyruvate transaminase (GPT) activity in liver (P<0.01).Protease specific activity in determined organs was positively relatated with the increasing dietary protein level at the same dietary energy level. Dietary energy level significantly influenced protease specific activity in stomach and liver (P<0.01). Dietary protein level significantly influenced lactatedehydrogenase(LDH) activity in liver and muscle (P<0.01), dietary energy level significantly influenced glutamatepyruvate transaminase (GPT) activity in liver (P<0.01) moreover significantly influenced lactatedehydrogenase (LDH) activity in liver (P<0.05) and LDH , GPT activity in the muscle of snakehead.Dietary energy level significantly influenced lactatedehydrogenase (LDH) activity in liver and LDH and GPT in muscle (P<0.01). Dietary protein to energy ratio had significant effect on GPT activity in liver (P<0.01). Results of trail 2 indicated that dietary protein levels had significantly improved growth performance then remained stable and significantly influenced on protease specific activity in stomach, Vitamin B6 had significantly influenced growth rate (P<0.05), protease specific activity in stomach and liver (P<0.01).Protease specific activity in determined organs had significantly improved with the increasing dietary protein levels in same B6 level(P<0.05),GPT in liver and muscle and LDH activity in muscle did (P<0.01), LDH activity in liver (P<0.05). In the current experient, the optimal protein to energy radio was 23.3 g/MJ and feeds with adequate vitamin B6 supplementation (18~30 mg/kg) in proper protein level(34.5%~42.0%)could improve growth performance and enzyme about protein metabolism forChanna argus.

      摘要:In order to study the frequency of 9 bp deletion of mtDNA V region and polymorphisim of Ychoromosome DYS287 sites among Uighur population in eight geographical regions of Xinjiang. We used the polymorphism of DYS287 sites in Y choromosome and the defeciency frequency of chromosome DNA 9 bp region by PCR directly sequensing method and by PCR combining with agarose gel electrophoresis respectively.The results showed: Among 240 unrelated modren Uighur individuals who come from Kashgar, Khotan, Kuqa, and Qarqan, Hulja, Hami, Turpan, and Lopnur in XinJiang, the frequency of 9 bp deletion of mtDNA value as 4%,3.7%,3%,4%,4.5%,4%,3%,4% Polymorphisim of Ychoromosome DYS 287 sites of 180 modern Uighur male individuals all appears as YAP-,none shows YAP+. The results suggest that Uighur groups in different parts of Xinjiang show very low frequency in their 9 bp deletion of mtDNA, 9 bp deletion is not a modern Uighur matrilineal genetic structure of transfer, Uighurs in different region of Xinjiang share same 9 bp deletion of mtDNA. Paternal genetic structure is simple, YAP + is not a modern Uighur population genetic characteristics of the male line.So,some conclusions can be given:with collecting frequency of 9 bp deletion of mtDNA and polymorphisim of Ychoromosome DYS 287 sites of Uighur population in different regions of Xinjiang, conduct analysis genetic relationship of Uighur population in different region of Xinjiang and Forensic identification provide some background informations about origin relationship Uighur groupsin different regions.

      摘要:A field simulated experiment was conducted in a Chinese fir plantation to study the effects of nitrogen deposition on the literfall production. Treatments were designed as N0 (0 kg·hm-2·a-1), N1 (60 kg·hm-2·a-1), N2 (120 kg·hm-2·a-1) and N3 (240 kg·hm-2·a-1). According to three years’ collection, the annual litterfall production for the four treatments was estimated, respectively, at 2 427.50, 2 238.10, 2 286.66 and 2 599.50 kg·hm-2in the year 2005, 1 008.83, 1 164.10, 1 147.30 and 976.47 kg·hm-2 in 2006, 1 557.85, 1 445.60, 1 595.85 and 1 555.85 kg·hm-2in 2007, suggesting that litterfall production firstly showed a decline then an increase. Compared with N0, N3 treatment increased the litterfall production significantly in 2005, but showed some inhibitive effects in the following years. N2 treatment promoted litterfall production after the first year, but N1 had no consistent effects.. The various components of litterfall revealed different response to nitrogen deposition, with the annual flux for leaffall responding positively to N2 treatments but negatively to N1 and N3. The treatments decreased the litterfall amount for braches and barks but increased the fractions of fruits and miscellancous materials.

      摘要:Based on the data of Tropical Cyclones (TCs for short) making landfall in Guangdong from 1949 to 2006, the variations of TC parameters, such as frequency, landfall time, intensity and the relationship between these parameters and the source regions, have been analyzed. The folloing conclusions are obtained: (1) The highest (lowest) landfalling frequency of TCs occurs in the western subregion of western Guangdong (the middle subregion of eastern Guangdong). The peak period is from July to September. There occurs a weak descent trend in western Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta, but not in eastern Guangdong. (2) The source regions of TCs show an obvious seasonal distribution. Most of TCs are generated from SCS in May, then, the source region of TCs expands eastwards and northwards until September. Since October the source region moves southwards and westwards. There is no distinct relationship between the landfall time and source region. (3) The TCs with different intensities are originated from different regions. The source regions of TCs are the South China Sea (SCS), the Philippines seabasin and the Caroline Islands. The Tropical Depress (TD) and Tropical Storms (TS) are mainly generated from the SCS, and the Strong Typhoons (STY) and Super Typhoons (SUPERTY) are originated from the West Pacific. There are more STS and TY than TD and TS. The intensity of landfalling TCs in eastern Guangdong is stronger than that in western Guangdong. TCs originated from the SCS mostly make landfall in western Guangdong and in the Pearl River Delta. The source regions of landfalling SUPERTY in the Pearl River Delta and eastern Guangdong move further southwards and eastwards than those in western Guangdong. The source regions of landfalling TCs in western and eastern Guangdong are mainly distributed in a beltshaped area from northwest to southeast, whereas the source regions of landfalling TCs in the Pearl River Delta are dispersed.

      摘要:The hydrological aberrance point occurred when the system changed from one state to another state. Based on the runoff time series of phase space reconstruction, the relative correlation distance entropy (H-d) was presented for identifying hydrological system status. H-d reflects the distribution and shape of the attractor in reconstructed phase space. It can represent some of intrinsic properties of the system .By analyzing the variation of H-d,the hydrological aberrance point can be recognized. The data on Monthly runoff of 50 years at Boluo Hydrologic Station were applied for a case study.The results showed that the method given in this paper is feasible for identifying the hydrological aberrance point, especially for the time series with numerous common aberrance points. The aberrance point at Buluo station occurred in 1972. The runoff is mainly affected by rainfall and also affected by hydraulic engineering activities.

      摘要:Using the distributed hydrology model system (HMS) and Gographical Information System and the technology of remote sensing for data spatial analysis, a land surfacehydrology coupled model (LSX-HMS) was constructed in the Huaihe river basin. Measured hydrologic data were used to calibrate and validate the model. The NashSutcliffe coefficient for hydrologic simulations ranges from 0.791 to 0.854, indicating that LSX-HMS can be used for studying hydrologic processes responses to land use and cover change (LUCC) in the Huaihe river basin. Five extreme land cover scenarios are constructed with each comprising of one single type of land cover in the Huaihe river basin. The hydrologic processes for each cover scenario are simulated by using LSX-HMS. The simulated results indicate that evergreen broadleaf forest cover scenarios can significantly alter evapotranspiration and streamflow in the studied basin. The annual evapotranspiration increases 5.6% and the annual depth of streamflow decreases 6.7%; the annual depth of streamflow under grass cover scenario increases 6.9%. In dry years, the soil moisture content varies most rapidly under the grass cover scenarios. The modeling of streamflow's spacial distribution with LSX-HMS model shows that there is a great difference under various scenarios. This research provides a basis for developing, utilizing, allocating and managing water and soil resources in the Huaihe river basin.

      摘要:Microalgae were investigated in two constructed Sonneratia apetala wetlands in the 14th and 19th waterchannels of the Nansha district, Guangzhou city, China. Based on the data collected at 8 sampling points in spring and autumn in 2009, the species composition, abundance, community structure and diversity indices of microalgae were estimated to evaluate the wetland water quality and purification capacity of S. apetala. The microalgae were extremely abundant, with 338 species and the abundance ranged from 105~107ind/L The highest algal abundance occurred in the 19th channel, indicating a hyper-eutrophic status. Organic pollution was common in the study area, yet water quality in the 14th channel was better than that in the 19th channel due to its good hydrological conditions. Isolation of water in the S. apetala wetlands can lead to heavy eutrophication, so water circulation must be considered in the management of constructed mangrove wetlands.

      摘要:Interfacial interaction properties are related to the surface properties of sediment particles. Surface properties and interfacial interactions are modified with the change in water environments. Experiments of surface pore characteristics and copper adsorption were performed to analyze the interfacial interaction of cleaned sediments and the original state sediments with the change of water environments. Physical and chemical adsorption apparatus was adapted to measure surface morphology characteristics of sediment particles. The experimental results reveal that cleaned sediments have richer surface pore structures and more complex surface topography. In copper ions adsorption experiments, saturated adsorption capacities of cleaned and original sediments are 0.854g/kg, 4.525g/kg, and adsorption/desorption ratios are 1.511 and 5.652, respectively. Original sediments have stronger ability of interfacial interaction than cleaned sediments. Contaminations are adsorbed to particle surfaces, which results in the change of the surface morphology of particles. Biomenbrane and humus adhered to the particles' surface enhance the interaction ability. With the change in water environments, interfacial interaction of sediment transformed from physical adsorption to chemical adsorption.

      摘要:Based on the historical records of monthly precipitation from 22 weather stations in the Pearl River Delta region from 1970 to 2008, this paper used running mean, EOF analysis and wavelet analysis to document precipitation variations and drought causes in the cold half of the year. The precipitation variations during the cold half of the year in the Pearl River Delta region show a highly synchronization, with a cycle of 6~7 years. The precipitation in the cold half of the year may reduce in the near future. The main reasons for drought during the cold half of the year in the Pearl River Delta region are weak polar vortex, strong European trough and ridge near the Balkhash Lake, active cold air, inactive westerly wind disturbance in the lowmid latitudes, weak southern branch trough, and less confrontation between cold and warm airs.

      摘要:The Hualin fault is the quaternary active fault found in eastern Guangdong Province. The sediment bed cut by the fault is likely formed in the late Pleistocene. The fault strikes to 300°and inclines to northeast with an angle of 75°. Three subfractures converging downwards are found on the lower wall of the main fault, indicating a downward movement of the upper wall of the fault. The Quaternary fault cut into the basement with metamorphic rocks on its upper side and coarsegrained biotite granite on the lower, suggesting that the quaternary fault was generated by reactivation of the basement fracture after formation of the Quaternary sediments.
