摘要:Texture is one of the visual features playing an important role in image analysis. Many applications have been discovered using texture models.Probabilistic graphical models Science,are promising tools for constructing texture models.The problem of learning the structure of GGM for texture classification is addressed. GGM are characterized by a neighborhood, a set of parameters, and a noise sequence due to the connection between the local Markov property and conditional regression of a Gaussian random variable. By use of the methods of model selection to choose an appropriate neighborhood and estimate the unknown parameters for modeling GGM, neighborhood selection and parameter estimation are conducted simultaneously. And then new texture features based on GGM for texture synthesis and texture classification are extracted.Experimental results show that adaptive Lasso estimators are more effective.  
摘要:A retrieve algorithm that incorporates the semantic information of the words into traditional retrieve function of Lucene is proposed. The proposed method improves the important components of existing retrieve similarity functions with semantic information, and selects the appropriate measure of semantic similarity to compute the semantic similarity between the query words and text corpus by using the external dictionary Wordnet. With the semantic similarity, the algorithm implements semantic information retrieve and can sort the retrieved text documents according to the semantic similarity between query words and text documents. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the precision of document retrieval effectively.  
摘要:Manyknot spline interpolation is a class of curve and surface fitting method, In order to explore a new method for obtaining a zoom in image with a superior quality; the one dimensional manyknot spline curves algorithm is extended to that of two dimensions, which is applied to image zooming. It constructs a mixed piecewise manyknot spline interpolation surface for each color component of a digital image. The experimental results show that the method can improve the quality of zoomed image greatly. A fast algorithm is also described for efficiency, which is applied in digital pan and computer animation,etc.  
摘要:It is well-known that the classical singular integral operators are linear L2bounded operators that satisfy the size and smoothness conditions. An important property of these operators is that they satisfy the weak (1,1) inequality. A new type class of singular integral operators on nonhomogeneous spaces is defined, and the weak (1,1)inequality is proved, which extend Duong's results to the nonhomogeneous spaces.

摘要:The higher-dimensional integrable equation induced by the 2+1-dimensional motion of curves in four-dimensional centro-affine geometry is discussed. The curves motion is obtained by adding an extra space variable y to the 1+1-dimensional curves motion in four-dimensional centro-affine geometry, which is equivalent to the surface motion in four-dimensional centro-affine geometry. It is shown that the 2+1-dimensional breaking soliton equation arises from such motion in four-dimensional centro-affine geometry.The result not only extends the existing curve motion in three-dimensional centro-affine geometry to four-dimensional centro-affine geometry, but also enriches geometric explanation of the 2+1-dimensional breaking soliton equation.

摘要:The algebraic equation of gρis derived from the relativistic mean field theory. Several sets of ρ meson coupling constants used in RMF are analyzed. Adopting the new experimental data of NSCL/MSU, the coupling constants of ρ mesons are calculated.

摘要:The wave seepage forces on vertical circular cylinder resting on porous elastic seabed in two layer ocean has been investigated by applying the eigenfunction expansion approach. The analytical solutions to seepage pressure fields caused by surface wave and inner wave respectively are given and, accordingly, the formulas of the waveinduced lift force and moment caused by the seepage pressure on the bottom of vertical circular cylinder are derived and evaluated. The results reflect possible changes of wave seepage forces on the bottom of vertical circular cylinder in two layer. It is demonstrated that inner wave may have an obvious influence on wave seepage forces.

摘要:Simulation geometric model of soft soil microstructure is the premise and foundation for micro numerical simulation of soft soil. According to the void ratio and the percent contents of each fraction obtained from conventional soil test, the Monte Carlo method is applied to generate a certain amount of random polygon elements to represent the various structure elements and pores of soil microstructure, the random geometric model of soft soil microstructure is established by distributing these polygons into a given size region randomly. By applying this method to the microstructure simulation modeling for the soft soil samples in a certain highway engineering in Guangdong Province, the result shows that the simulation geometric model has certain similarity with the actual microstructure image of the soil sample, the feasibility of proposed method is verified.  
摘要:Based on Mindlin displacement solution subjected to centralized load,the settlement of circle or ring uniform load is proposed. A semi-analytical method,which makes use of compatible analysis of force and displacement between piles,slab and ground,is developed to analyze interaction among rigid pile composite foundations. This method has less unknown parameter, but it has fast calculation speed and practicality.The results from practical engineering prove that the method presented has good preciseness and practicality.  
摘要:In MPLS (MultiProtocol Label Switching) networks, the exact traffic characteristic parameters can not be obtained and the traffic characters of the single flow and aggregated flows are different. There may be variances between the allocated network resource and practically used network resource in MPLS network. That may result in lower network resource utilization if only the available bandwidth given by control plane are considered in network resource and admission control. Focusing on this problem, a new admission control algorithm is put forward in which the available bandwidths are obtained by theoretic parameters combined with controlled end to end measurement results. An experimental environment is constructed and some admission control experiments are performed. The experimental results show that 〖JP3〗with the proposed algorithm, the admission ratio of the traffic with lower priority can be improved, the QoS can be guaranteed to some extent, and the network resource can be utilized more efficiently at the same time.

摘要:Based on the theoretical analysis of fiberoptical coupling, the spectral response of fused optical fiber coupler has numerically modeled by simulating the fabricating process of fiber tapers. The influence of different fusion lengths and drawing distances on the spectral response has been analyzed in details. The results indicate that a shorter fusion length leads to a stronger vibration of the curves of normalized power vs. drawing distance and thus a shorter time for reaching a normalized power of 0.5, which results in more envelopes in the curves. Also, a longer drawing distance leads to more envelopes, smaller wavelength intervals and thus a more sensitive spectral response. The validity of the theoretical results has been confirmed by the experiments. This theoretical model is potentially useful for fabricating fused optical fiber couplers.  
摘要:An intense orange hightemperature phase Ca3SiO4Cl2:Eu2+phosphor was synthesized by hightemperature solidstate reactions and investigated by photoluminescence excitation, emission spectroscopies and lifetime. The excitation and emission spectra showed that the phosphor could be efficiently excited by the incident light of 300~450 nm, well matched with the emission band of 395 nmemitting InGaN chip, and emitted an intense orange light. The fluorescence lifetimes values of Eu2+ion were determined to be 1.53 μs and 7.29 μs, respectively. By combining the phosphor with a 395 nmemitting InGaN chip, an intense orange LED was fabricated. Under 20 mA forwardbias current, its CIE chromaticity coordinates were (0.533, 0.446). The result showed that hightemperature phase Ca3SiO4Cl2:Eu2+ was a promising orange phosphor for nUV InGaNbased white LED.

摘要:Tris(8-hydroquinolinato) aluminum(Alq3) is one of the best electroluminescent materials with excellent electrontransporting ability Integrating holetransporting segments and Alq-3 into the same polymer may effectively improve the electroluminescent properties of Alq-3 because of more balanced charge transports of both carriers Two methacrylate monomers containing 8-hydroxyquinoline or carbazole group were synthesized, respectively Then, a series of copolymers, containing both 8-hydroxyquinoline and carbazole side groups with different ratios, were synthesized by the copolymerization of these two monomers with different ratios initiated by AIBN at 60 ℃ for 72 h The obtained copolymers were characterized by 1H NMR and GPC analyses The total conversions of monomers were around 90%, and the molecular weights (Mn) of the copolymers were between 14000 and 20000 The obtained copolymers were then complexed with di(2-methyl-8-hydroquinolinato)ethylaluminum (EtAlq'2) to give copolymers containing both Alq-3 and carbazole side groups The optical properties of the obtained polymeric complex were investigated by UVvis and photoluminescence spectroscopy The results showed that the absorption of carbazole trail off and the absorption of Alq-3 increased with the increasing ratio of Alq-3 The emission intensity increased with increasing ratio of Alq-3, and theλmax in emission was redshifted with increasing ratio of carbazole side group  
摘要:The contents of total flavonoids and condensed tannins in the ethanol extract ofSpatholobus suberectusDunn and its different solvents partitioned extracts were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and VanillinH2SO4method, respectively. The contents of total flavonoids in the φ=60% ethanol extract, ethyl acetate insoluble extract, ethyl acetate partitioned extract, n-butanol partitioned extract, water residue were (6.49±1.99)%,(7.36±0.13)%,(9.35±0.22)%,(8.41±0.27)%,(4.48±1.53)%, respectively, while their contents of condensed tannins were (51.09±0.37)%,(52.34±4.73)%,(73.22±2.72)%,(83.11±5.87)%,(29.74±2.12)%, respectively. The inhibitory activities on the proliferation of HT-29 and MCF-7 tumor cells were determined by MTT. The extract samples all showed inhibitory activities in different extent on the proliferation of HT-29 and MCF-7 tumor cells. The nbutanol partitioned extract had the strongest inhibitory activities on the proliferation of both tumor cells.

摘要:Based on co-evolution theory, this research tries to locate the protein interaction sites in conserved 9mer peptides (C9MP) between PB1 protein and PA protein in the nuclease complex of influenza A virus. There exist interaction regions between sites 1-15 amino acids of PB1 protein and sites 239-716 amino acids of PA protein from structure message. It is revealed by variation analysis to this region that, on PB1-MP1 contact surface, there is a minimum co-evolution value between the conserved 9mer peptide where Q670 of PA protein is located and the conserved 9mer peptide where F9, V12 and P13 of PB1 protein are located. Combined with DSSP analysis results, the regions formed by four amino acids, Q670 of PA protein, F9, V12 and P13 of PB1 protein, are potential interaction sites.

摘要:Protein multiple sequence alignment is an important bioinformatics tools. It has important applications in biological evolution analysis and protein structure prediction. A variety of alignment algorithms in this field have achieved great success. However, each algorithm has its own inherent deficiencies. In this paper, permutation distance is proposed to evaluate several protein multiple sequence alignment algorithms that are widely used currently. As the permutation distance method only concerns the relative order of different protein evolutionary distances, without taking into account the slight difference between the evolutionary distances, it can get more robust evaluations. In addition, the longest common subsequence method can well define the distances between different permutations. Using these methods, we compared and assessed Dialign, Tcoffee, ClustalW and Muscle.

摘要:Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in multiple drug resistance 1 (MDR1) gene are associated with disease susceptibility, drug response and clinical outcome such as survival and recurrence. We conducted a systemic screen for sequence variations in all exons and part of promoter region of MDR1 gene by PCRRFLP and PCRSSCP in the Han population from Southern China. Genotype distribution differences among different ethnicity were tested by chisquare test. Five different SNPs were detected. They are T-2410C,T-129C,C1236T,G2677T/A and C3435T. The frequency of -2410C allele is 4.65%, -129C allele is 3.11%,1236T allele is 63.31%, 2677T allele is 44.66%, 2677A allele is 14.47%, 3435T allele is 41.18%. Dramatic difference was observed in the allele distribution among different ethic populations. MDR1–2410T/C was excluded for its rare reporting. These data may be used as a basis for studies on the relationship between 〖WTBX〗MDR1〖WTBZ〗 genotypes and drug efficacy, drug toxicity, disease susceptibility in Southern China Han populations.

摘要:Genetic diversity and differentiation of natural populations ofAndrias davidianusin Sichuan, Guizhou, Hubei, Shanxi and Henan was comprehensively determined using AFLP markers. Sixty individuals from five natural populations were used in AFLP analyses. Nine primer pairs in AFLP analyses produced 507 scorable bands, of which 354 were polymorphic. Three genetic diversity parameters: the percentage of polymorphic loci (69.82%), the Shannons information index (0.362 9) and the Gene diversity (0.241 4) all indicated thatA. davidianuswas with substantial variation. High level of genetic diversity ofA. davidianusagreed with its life history traits and geographical distribution. Most of genetic diversity resided within populations (97.94%) in AMOVA analyses. A low genetic differentiation was characterized by Фst (Фst = 0.021, P<0.001). In the UPGMA dendrogram based on the genetic distanceA. davidianuspopulations were separated into two major clusters.A. davidianuswas supposed to disperse southward from north with the salamander fossil proof.  
摘要:The ability ofLitopenaeus vannamei(initial mean weight: (0.96±0.02) g) to utilize different levels of cornstarch was examined in terms of growth indices, body composition, microscopic structure and lipogenic enzyme of the hapetopancreas. Six isonitrogenous semipurified diets were fed to shrimp to satiation for 8 weeks in triplicate tanks (30 shrimps per tank) connected to a natural brackish water (salinity: 6‰~14‰) recirculating system. Diets contained different levels of cornstarch (w,10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%) as the source of carbohydrate. Weight gain (WG), survival rate and SGR were considerably affected by cornstarch levels of diets. The highest weight gain (453.6%) and best SGR was observed in shrimp fed the 150 g·kg-1(cornstarch level) diet, and was significantly (P<0.05) higher than those fed diets containing 25% to 35% cornstarch. However, the survival rate reached maximum in shrimp fed the 10% diets(96.7%), some 300 g·kg-1 diets higher than the lowest rate, which was found in shrimp fed the 250 g·kg-1 diets. Body lipid tended to be higher in shrimp fed diets with higher cornstarch levels. Besides, histological study on shrimp fed 10 to 35% diets exhibited no histological changes. Hepatopancreatic lipogenic enzyme activities (6PGDH, ME, IDH) in shrimp fed with different diets were very low; ME increased while carbohydrate levels increased. In a word, it is suitable for shrimp fed 10%~20% carbohydrate when the diets containing 38% protein.  
摘要:The characteristics of joint probability distribution of flood were analyzed between the Makou Station(MS) in Xijiang River and the Sanshui Station(SS) in Beijiang River which are connected by the Sixianjiao Channal based on Copula function Some conclusions were abtained as following: (1) Optimized marginal distributions of flood of Makou and Sanshui can be represended by the Pearson pattern Ⅲand GEV (generalized extreme value) distribution, respectively; (2) GumbelHougaard Copula was the optimal copula selected by the results of goodnessoffit test; (3) The relative differences of the special frequency design values between the marginal distribution of Makou and Sanshui floods and the joint distribution were from 0.6% to 1.5% for the return periods between 10 years and 500 years; (4) The probabilities of Makou and Sanshui meeting floods with each other were higher than 89% for the same design frequencies of two stations based on the conditional probability.

摘要:The Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code numerical model is used to simulate the hydrodynamic field of coastal waters in the Shuidong Lagoon. The results show that the ebb flow is bounded by eastern shoreline and develops asymmetryly. The west ebb flow is unaffected by topography and grows freely. The east jet shows wallattached jet properties. Residual currents in the Shuidong Bay and tidal inlet are seawards. Residual currents out of inlet show a compound structure, with the ebb flow in the middle zone and the flood flow in lateral zones. A pair of circulations in adverse directions exist on both sides of the channel, with a weak anticlockwise circulation in the east channel and a strong clockwise circulation in the west.

摘要:Shuffled Complex Evolution Metropolis Algorithm(SCEM-UA) is an adaptive Markov Chain Monte Carlo sampler, which can be applied to parameter optimization of nonlinear hydrologic model and uncertainty analysis The efficiency and effectiveness of SCEMUA for sampling the posterior distribution of model parameters are discussed based on the case study of the Min River catchment The results show that SCEMUA algorithm is consistent, effective and efficient in inferring the parameter posterior distribution Moreover, the results of regional sensitivity analysis using samples from SCEMUA algorithm sampler show that sensitivity and posterior distribution of parameters are highly interdependent High sensitive parameters correspond with distinct peak in posterior distribution, while low sensitive parameters correspond with flat posterior distribution which could highlight the uncertainty of model parameters.

摘要:Study on exhumation/uplifting of the Mengshan Mountain since the Late Cretaceous is important for the comprehensive understanding of tectonic evolution of the Western Shandong Rise. Six adamellite samples from the Mengshan Mountain were systematically collected to carry out apatite/zircon fission track dating and timetemperature thermal history modeling. The results indicate that the Mengshan Mountain experienced a relatively rapid exhumation/uplifting since the Late Cretaceous. Two rapid upliftings occurred during 70~43 Ma and 32~20 Ma with an accelerated process. The rapid uplifting events of the Menshan Mountain since the Late Cretaceous were slightly earlier than that of the Taishan Mountain (northern Mengshan Mountain)and coupled well with it on the whole.The uplifting polarity of the Western Shandong Rise was formed from south to north considering its halfgraben structural style. The two uplifting periods of the Mengshan Mountain were consistent with two distinct subsidence/cooling processes occurred in the Jiyang Depression adjacent to the Western Shandong Rise. There is a good uplifting/subsiding coupling relationship between the rapid uplifting of the Mengshan Mountain and the subsidence of the Jiyang Depression.  
摘要:By using the Princeton Ocean Model, circulation and thermal structure of the South China Sea (SCS) in the domain 98° -126° E, 3° S-26° N are simulated on real topography data. The upper half of the right vertical boundary is set as an open boundary. The simulation starts from a motionless ocean, and average temperature and salinity data of January are used as the initial field. Driven by 12 different monthly averaged wind fields, the model runs steadily for four model years. Simulation results are recorded from the beginning of the third year. The temporal and spatial evolution of the circulation and thermal structure is analyzed. The results show that the SCS is dominated by a big cyclone type circulation in winter and by an anticyclone type in summer. During spring and autumn the monsoon reverses direction. The circulation is influenced by the monsoon of the last season and transits to the typical circulation type of the next season. It consists of multiple vortices. Additionally, the climate and environmental conditions can influence the characteristics of the circulation and thermal structure.

摘要:In order to study indoor air pollution, eight air pollutantsformaldehyde, benzene, methylbenzene,ethylbenzene,dimethylbenzen, TVOC, Rn and NH3 collected from 427 apartments in Guangdong Province were tested according to the indoor air quality standards(GB / T 18883-2002). The results indicate that concentrations of formaldehyde, benzene, methylbenzene, TVOC, Rn and NH3 exceed 43.83%, 3.35%, 31.51%, 19.18%, 43.59%, and 0.57% of the standards, respectively. Indoor air is mainly polluted by organic pollutants. VOCs contain many complex components. Correlation coefficient between dimethylbenzen and other benzene series is above 0.60, much higher than that between benzene and other benzene series (<0.30).
