Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form in any language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright-holder. To verify originality, your article may be checked by the originality detection service.  

Please introduce the research background, innovation and scientific value of your work. The detailed contact information of the first author and corresponding author is required (please promptly inform the editorial office of any change of contacting addresses). The authors may recommend 3 qualified reviewers and/or request the exclusion of specific reviewers. An informative cover letter is considered helpful for editors and reviewers to make evaluation of your paper.  

All submissions are initially evaluated carefully by the scientific editors. Manuscripts that fall outside the journal’s scope and those that are not deemed by the editors to be strong candidates for publication will be returned to the authors before peer-review, typically within 2 weeks. The manuscripts passing the initial review will be sent to qualified peer reviewers. The editors will make every effort to reach decisions on these papers within 180 days.  

Duplicate submission is forbidden. In this case, we will inform the author’s institution and the relevant journal.

Please ensure you provide all relevant editable source files. Failing to submit these source files might cause unnecessary delays in the review and production process.
