. A linear wavelet density estimator is defined by using wavelet method

and the

(1≤p≤∞) mean consistency of estimator are proved without any assumptions of smoothness for density function. The results show that wavelet estimator can effectively estimate density function of NA samples. It extends the application scope of wavelet method.
