Rhizopus oryzae lipase preparation and its application in the conversion of waste cooking oil
Using lipase to change waste cooking oil into biodiesel can achieve the goal of green
recycling of food waste. A gene encoding Rhizopus oryzae lipase containing prosequence(ProROL) was cloned into the pGAPZαA and electrotransformed into the Pichia pastoris X-33 strain. The lipase was functionally expressed and secreted with a molecular weight of 35 000. The lipase activity was (426.6±0.8) U/mL when using olive oil as substract. Using waste cooking oil as the raw material and alcohol as acyl receptor
lipase as catalyst for the production of fatty acid ethyl ester
49% of the fatty acid ethyl ester yield was obtained when the water content is 5%
the alcohol oil molar ratio is 4∶1
and lipase adding amount is 10%
under this condition the fatty acid ethyl ester yield is 49%.
