摘要

根据正交试验表L16(45)，对海水盐度、NH

-N质量浓度、 NO

-N质量浓度、 pH及感染WSSV的量各4个水平进行研究，发现这些因素对凡纳滨对虾存活时间的影响大小顺序为: pH

WSSV

-N

盐度。其中， pH、WSSV、NO

-N 、NH

-N与凡纳滨对虾的平均存活时间的相关性达到极显著水平(P

0.01)，而盐度与凡纳滨对虾的平均存活时间的相关性没有达到显著水平(P

0.05)。

Abstract

According to the orthogonal test Tab. L16(4

)

the effects of 5 factors (salinity

-N

and pH of seawater and quantity of WSSV)with 4 levels on the survival time of

L.vannamei

were investigated. The results indicated that the contribution of those 5 factors to the mean survival time of

L.vannamei

was sequenced as pH

WSSV

-N

salinity. The coefficients between the mean survival time of

L.vannamei

and WSSV

-N

and NH

-N were significant (P

0.01)

and the coefficient between the mean survival time of

L.vannamei

and salinity was not significant (P

0.05).
