Multi-objective Programming Optimal Allocation Model of Urban Landuse Planning
Adjustment of land-use structure is essential to land-use planning
which is of great importance to promote intensive
efficient and sustainable utilization of urban land resources. Using the Gradual Easy Constraint Method(GECM)
a multi-objective programming model was built and solved with the interactive adjustment method. This model aims at social
economic and ecological benefits
in which land area
land-use structure
macro programs
resources and technical are set as GECM constraints. The results show that the level of land in 2008 almost reach the rational demand in 2020. This can provide some useful information for decisionmakers.
