Research of AODV Routing Protocol Based on Power Control
In order to eliminate premature dead hotspots and energy holes in the wireless sensor networks
it designs a AODV routing protocol with selfadaptability across multi-tiers and energy balance was designed to optimizes the RREQ broadcast process with an extension of RREQ protocol and selectively routing the frames of RREQ protocol by residual power in the node. The result of NS2 simulation indicates that this solution dramatically cuts down the energy consumption during the network transmission to extend the network life circle
while still ensures the network with low latency and high throughput.
