摘要

采用薄层色谱法对红腺忍冬进行了定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法同时测定绿原酸和咖啡酸的含量，色谱柱为Dikma PLATISIL ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），流动相为乙腈-0.4%(w)磷酸溶液（pH≈2.5）（12:88），检测波长327 nm。结果显示绿原酸加样回收率为99.6%、RSD为2.16%，咖啡酸加样回收率为101.1%、RSD为3.26%。该方法可用于红腺忍冬药材的质量控制。

Abstract

Lonicera hypoglauca

Miq.was identified by TLC，chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was Dikma PLATISIL ODS(250 ×4.6 mm，5 μm)，gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid （pH≈2.5）（12∶88）was applied and the detection wavelength was 327 nm.The recovery of chlorogenic acid was 99.6% with RSD 2.16%，and the recovery of caffeic acid was 101.1% with RSD 3.26%.The established method can be used for quality control of
