Synthesis of TiO2/graphene Oxide Composite Nanocrystals in Hydrothermal System
/graphene oxide nanocrystals with tetragonal structure were synthesized at 200 ℃ in a closed vessel consisting of an appropriate amount of the mixture solution containing Ti(OC
4
H
9
)
4
and absolute ethanol
graphene oxide and distilled water for 12 h. The results of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD)
scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) indicated that TiO
2
/graphene oxide nanocrystal was made up of tetragonal structure TiO
2
with diameter less than 160 nm and graphene oxide. The UV measurement result indicated that the TiO
2
/graphene oxide composite nanocrystal had a potential photoelectrochemical conversion property.
