摘要

为进一步阐明广东凉茶颗粒的药效物质基础和完善其质量标准，首次对其化学成分进行系统研究。从其甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到5个苷类成分，采用物理常数对照和现代波谱分析方法确定其结构依次为：4-

-香豆酸-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 (

)、2α

3α

19α-三羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸28-O-β-

D-

吡喃葡萄糖苷 (

)、2α

3β

19α-三羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸 28-O-β-

吡喃葡萄糖 (

23四羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸 28-O-β-

D-

吡喃葡萄糖苷 (

)、木犀草素-6-C-葡萄糖苷 (

)。

为首次得到的天然产物

均首次从广东凉茶颗粒中分离得到，为进一步研究其药效及药理活性打下基础。

Abstract

In order to analyze chemical constituents and quality standard of Guangdong Liangcha

five glycosides were isolated. Their structures were determined to be 4-

- cumaroyl-

glucopyranosyl ester (

19α-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid β-

D-

glucopyranosyl ester (

23- tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid β-

D-

glucopyranosyl ester (

)

6-C-glycopyr- anosyl luteolin (

) by spectroscopic analysis. Compound

was firstly obtained as a natural product

and compounds

were also firstly obtained from Guangdong Liangcha

which was contributed to further mechanism of bioactivity.
