Design and Implementation of a Servo Interpolated Timing Recovery Model Based on τ Factor
the design of servo signal timing recovery model plays a important role in the performance of read/write channel of micro hard disk. A servo interpolated timing recovery model is proposed based on the τ factor
which is used to solve the disadvantages of timing recovery model based on the phaselocked loops. It derives that the arithmetic for τ factor interpolator obtains the test result
compared with the arithmetic for linear interpolation method which shows that the reduction of content of harmonic is doubled
based on the τ factor servo interpolated timing recovery model.
