摘要

采用超高相液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱联用仪（UPLC-MS/MS），在电喷雾负离子模式下，对6个从西藏不同地区采集的大花红景天植物药材的甲醇提取液进行分析，通过准分子离子及其二级质谱碎片等信息归属了12个化合物，并且初步比较了样品中相关化合物相对含量的差异。结果表明，采集地不同，植物药材中化学组成存在明显的差异。

Abstract

Six Rhodiola crenulata samples collected from different places in Tibet were extracted by methanol and analyzed using UPLC-ESI-MS/MS in negative-ion mode. In addition to 12 compounds identified based on quasi-molecular ion and MS2 fragment ions

the differences of the relative content of related compounds were compared. The results showed that there were obvious differences in the composition of identified compounds in herbs with different collection places.
