摘要

该文建立了西藏红景天的挥发性成分分析方法，比较不同产地、不同品种红景天中挥发性成分和总离子流图的相似性。将12种红景天根样品粉碎，采用静态顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用法（HS-GC-MS）分析挥发性成分。用NIST谱库检索鉴定化合物结构。通过加入参照标准物质的方法计算各挥发性成分在样品中的相对峰面积。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统计算图谱的整体相似度。从12个红景天样品中共分析鉴定了30个化合物。同种属不同产地样品总离子流图相似度在09以上；不同种属之间差异较大（5个种属间相似度在0.8~0.4之间）。HS-GC-MS方法适用于红景天挥发性化学成分分析。结合指纹图谱分析，该方法还可以为红景天药材种属和产地鉴别提供参考。

Abstract

Twelve Rhodiola compounds isolated from Tibetan different growing areas were comminuted. Their components were analyzed using headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS). The results showed the homologies and the differences existed in the relative peak area and the amount of peaks between several samples. This work provides the theoretical foundation for product development for Rhodiola from Tibetan．
