Synthesis and Characterization of Multiarmed Polypropylenimine Dendrimer-poly(benzyl-L-glutamate) Graft Polymer
C NMR和GPC对聚合物结构进行表征。结果表明,PPI端氨基能够作为引发剂参与反应引发BLG-NCA开环聚合,并证实成功合成了多臂聚丙烯亚胺-聚谷氨酸苄酯聚合物。该聚合物有望成为新型的非病毒基因载体材料。
Abstract
Multi-armed polypropylenimine dendrimer-poly(benzyl-L-glutamate) was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA using primary amineterminated polypropylenimine dendrimer (PPI) as the macroinitiator. Its chemical structure was characterized by IR

H NMR

C NMR
and GPC analysis. The results showed that the primary amine of PPI participated in initiating the ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA monomer. And multiarmed polypropylenimine dendrimer-poly(benzyl-L-glutamate) was successful synthesized. The multi-armed polymer might be a potential candidate as nonviral gene carriers.
