从中药材八角枫Alangium chinense茎中分离得到4个齐敦果烷型三萜成分(1

其中1和2为新化合物

经过波谱学分析确定新化合物的结构分别为(3E

23E)-3-caffeoyl-23-coumaroylhederagenin (1)和(3E

23E)-dicoumaroylhederagenin (2)。根据所测的数据和文献报道的NMR数据比较，得已知化合物分别确定为(23E)coumaroylhederagenin(3)和(23Z)coumaroylhederagenin (4)。所有化合物均为首次从八角枫属植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Two new oleanane-type triterpenoids

(3E

23E)-3-caffeoyl-23-coumaroylhederagenin (1) and (3E

23E)-dicoumaroylhederagenin (2)

together with two known analogues were isolated from the stems of traditional Chinese medicine Alangium chinense. The structures of two new compounds were determined by the spectroscopic method

and the known compounds were defined as (23E)coumaroylhederagenin (3) and (23Z)coumaroylhederagenin (4) based on the observed and reported NMR data. All compounds were isolated from the genus Alangium for the first time.
