Acceleration characteristics of supporting structures supported bedding slopes by numerical analysis and shaking table experiment
Based on support structure project of the railway from Dali to Ruili
dynamic characteristics of retaining structures against bedding slopes are studied by numerical analysis and shaking table experiment. It mainly contains acceleration response on retaining structure under Wen-chuan earthquake XZ-excitation. Both of the numerical simulation and the shaking table experiment prove that the results are generally similar to each other. It is found that horizontal /vertical acceleration amplification factor is decreased with the increase of input field vibrations. The shaking table model test conforms well to the numerical simulations
validating that the results of shaking table model test are reasonable and the numerical simulation method is reliable.
