Protective effect of Aloe vera gel against UV-induced damages of fibroblast
The long wave ultraviolet (UVA)was used to radiate mouse fibroblast cell line (NIH 3T3) and establish a model of cell injury in order to probe the protective function and mechanism of Aloe vera gel in cell oxidative damage. After UVA radiated NIH 3T3 cells
the effects of different concentrations of Aloe vera gel on the proliferation and antioxidant enzyme activities of NIH 3T3 cells were detected by CCK-8 and biochemical colorimetric assay respectively. The results show that UVA radiation caused a significant damage to the NIH 3T3 cell
