摘要

通过设计纤维混凝土双丝拉拔的模具，开展了双丝拉拔过程的物理实验研究，获得双丝拉拔构件的荷载-位移曲线。同时建立了双丝拉拔的三维数值模型，并考虑到纤维混凝土的三相特性和细观非均匀性，研究了不同埋深下双丝拉拔构件力学性能的影响，得出相应的拉应力分布云图、荷载-位移曲线和声发射演化图等。研究结果表明：双丝间耦合效应明显；埋深变化不仅影响构件的应力分布，且构件的峰值荷载及韧性随双丝埋深增加而增加；构件在物理实验与数值模拟下分别获得的荷载-位移曲线有相同趋势，可以简化为三线性本构关系。

Abstract

Twin fibers pull out tests have been designed and carried out to obtain load-displacement curves. Simultaneously

such tests have been simulated by setting a 3D numerical model

which adopts material heterogeneity. Mechanical properties of twin fibers pull out test can

therefore

be studied by changing embedment depth. The results include tensile stress distribution

load-displacement curves

load-AE-step curves and AE evolution

and these results show that the change of twin fibers embedment has great influence on stress distribution. With an increasing embedment depth

peak load and toughness increase either. In addition

similar trend of load-displacement curve of twin fibers pull out test could be observed in both laboratory experiment and numerical simulation.
